Channel Punjabi Television Inc. is a family owned company. The owner and CEO, Surjit S Gill, has been in Canada for over 30 years and his passion in broadcast pushed him to launch Channel Punjabi Television in 2006. In 2011, Channel Punjabi television was launched on Rogers Cable and Bell FibeTV. In 2012, the channel is set to be launched on Telus TV and Shaw and it will be the first Punjabi channel in North America to be launched in HD.

Channel Punjabi television is a provider of high quality Punjabi entertainment programming to the Canadian market based in Vancouver. Currently we provide music, concerts, television shows and ringtones through its exclusive content relationships with leading content providers in India and United Kingdom.

We are thriving to become the leading content providers of Punjabi content in North America we also hold four Punjabi CRTC category 2 licenses for broadcasting right across Canada.
